Terms of Use

These terms apply to the forlif.com site and to the founders list. By checking the consent box and submitting the form, you agree to them.

Note on who is responsible for this document: FORLIF is a product of a partnership between Bragatech and Dr. Frederico Menezes, still being formed. While the partnership does not have its own company registration number (CNPJ), the party responsible for data processing and for these terms is BRAGATECH CONSULTORIA LTDA, CNPJ 52.335.289/0001-01 (Brazil).

1. What FORLIF is

FORLIF is a subscription consumer product for people who manage their own metabolic health without a clinical team nearby every day. It starts with people who use a GLP-1 pen, focusing especially on what comes after it.

FORLIF records, organizes, displays and forwards information. It never gives an opinion on dosage, never interprets symptoms and never indicates a course of action. Nothing on the site, in the welcome email, or in any communication from the founders list replaces a consultation with your doctor. If something seems serious or out of the ordinary, seek medical care or call your country's emergency number.

2. What the founders list is

The founders list is a waiting list. By signing up, you:

  • Confirm that you are 18 years old or older.
  • Authorize FORLIF to notify you by email when founder plan spots open.

This is a notice, not a spot reservation or a purchase. Being on the list does not guarantee you a spot, nor does it fix any price or condition. There is no charge, payment, or financial commitment at this stage — today FORLIF does not sell anything through the site. The founder spot is only actually taken when, later on, you decide to make the first subscription, under conditions that will be disclosed at that time.

3. Who can sign up

People 18 years old or older, in any country, with a valid email.

4. The signup form

You provide email, name and country (required), and you can, if you wish, choose a profile (for example, "I'm using the pen" or "menopause") — or answer "I'd rather not say." Choosing a profile requires a second, separate authorization, because profile is health data. The details of collection and use are in our privacy policy.

You are responsible for providing truthful data and for keeping access to the email you registered — it is through it that we send the notice of founder spots opening and the list exit link.

5. Leaving the list

You can leave the list whenever you want, without needing to justify it, by clicking "leave the list" in any of our emails. This deletes your signup and the data associated with it. You can sign up again later if you want — it will be a new signup.

6. Acceptable use

By using the site and the form, you agree not to:

  • Submit another person's data without their authorization.
  • Use scripts, bots, or any automation to submit signups in bulk or to test the form's limits.
  • Attempt to access, alter, or delete another person's signup.
  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose.

We reserve the right to remove signups that violate these rules.

7. Intellectual property

The FORLIF name, visual identity, texts, and site content belong to FORLIF and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without authorization.

8. No guarantee of availability

The site and the founders list are in a pre-launch phase. We may, at any time, adjust, pause, or end the list, always notifying by email anyone already signed up about what changes for their signup.

9. Limitation of liability

The site's content is informative and institutional. The site and the founders list communication are not, and must not be used as, a basis for clinical decisions — decisions about your health are always between you and your doctor.

10. Languages

The official version of these terms is in Portuguese. The English and Spanish versions are translations; in case of doubt about the meaning of a passage, the Portuguese version prevails.

11. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a significant way, we will notify you by email before the change applies to you. The date at the top of this page always shows the most recent version.

12. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the data protection rules of those jurisdictions (GDPR and UK GDPR) also apply to your signup, as described in our privacy policy. The forum of the City of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, Brazil, is elected, without prejudice to the data protection law applicable to you.
